How long before my tickets are posted to me?

We send out tickets by First Class post within the UK when travel is within 7 days of booking.

Tickets booked where travel is seven or more days prior to departure are sent Second Class (special arrangements apply to bank holidays).

Tickets can be sent by airmail anywhere else in the world. To ensure adequate time for your tickets to arrive, you must allow:

2 clear postal days for delivery in the UK
7 days for delivery within Europe, and
14 days for delivery outside Europe

Alternatively, you can choose the e-Ticket option and print your own ticket.

If the e-Ticket option is not available (for example, if one leg of the journey is operated by a third party), you can also choose to collect your tickets from the departure point.
