I have lost my coachcard. Can I get a replacement?


No, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for this type of personal loss and a new coachcard must be purchased.

If your card has been stolen you should contact your insurance company to see if the value of the card is recoverable under your policy.

However, if you find your lost card after you have purchased a new one, then we will give you a full and complete refund for the new card.
